Privacy policy

When you reserve a spot or ask to be notified, we collect:

• your email address
• the niche and city you type
• the services you say you sell
• the plan you select
• whether you asked only to be notified, or to continue toward adding a card

We use that information to manage the waitlist, prepare access, and email you about it. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running that list.

The form does not charge a card, and this website does not store card numbers. If billing starts later, a payment provider processes the card under its own terms. We would then receive limited billing details, such as the result of a charge, not the full card number.

If you dismiss the suggestion to view the site in Spanish, that choice is stored in local storage on your device. We also store the last sample niche shown in the hero, so the example stays stable on your next visit.

That data stays in your browser. It is not used to identify you. You can delete it by clearing site data for intoclients.com.

Our host may infer a city from your IP address and insert that city as an example in the page. We use it only to render that example. We do not add it to an account and we do not use it to advertise to you. The IP address may appear in the host’s ordinary security logs.

Reports are built from public sources, such as a Google Maps listing and a business’s public website: name, phone, website, address, and what our checks observe. That information is about those businesses, not about you.

If a listing about your business is wrong and you want it corrected in our product, write to hello@intoclients.com with enough detail for us to find it. We can correct or stop showing a listing we control. We do not control Google or the business’s own website, so the same details may remain there.

We are not responsible for what you, or anyone else, does with business contact details. See the Terms and conditions.

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising cookies, or a third-party analytics product, on this site today.
• We do not contact the businesses in a report on your behalf.

We keep reservation and notification details until you ask us to delete them, until we no longer need them to provide or refuse access, or until a legal duty to keep them ends — whichever is later. Host logs follow the host’s retention. Local storage stays until you clear it.

Processors host the site, send email, and, when billing exists, take payment. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to defend our rights or the rights of a user or a third party. If the business is restructured, the data needed to run the service may transfer with it, still under this policy.

Processors may store or access data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires a safeguard, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, object to some processing, receive a copy, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

The service is for people who sell to local businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, write to hello@intoclients.com and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. No website is perfectly secure. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for unauthorized access, interception, or loss except where a mandatory law says we must be. The full limit of liability is in the Terms and conditions.

We post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material and we have your email, we may also write to you.
